Perceptions is the work of Mark Fieldhouse and associates. Mark has over 20 years' experience in wedding photography at the highest level. Our experience and qualifications guarantee stunning images under all conditions, all taken in a fun relaxed manner no matter how stressful the day or adverse the weather!

Our prices start from $3550 and include a handmade wedding album. If your budget does not stretch this far or you only require disc-only wedding photography, why not check out Mojo Studio for great photography at bargain prices!
Service includes photography from the bridal preparations, groom and groomsmen at the ceremony, ceremony and family shots afterwards, as many locations as time permits, and the first 10-30 minutes of the reception. In addition, all images are uploaded to your own web gallery for easy and convenient selection of album images and emailing to family & friends.
All weddings now include all album images in high resolution, un-watermarked and print-ready on DVD data disc.
All packages now include an engagement portrait session, so that you may discover how we work and so we may get to know you better.

All images individually retouched, skin blemishes removed, eyes opened, soft focus, diffusion effects, etc – you’ve never looked so good! We design with you every facet of the album using the latest design software so you can see exactly how the finished album will look, and at the end of this all the originals are yours to keep.
All packages include all photography, consultation, planning and the first number of page sides in your album as specified in your contract. There are no hidden extras, and all our prices include GST. It is worth mentioning that most of our clients choose between 10 and 30 extra page sides for their own album. In addition to this, many clients also buy parents’ albums and framed pictures.

BOOKINGS
We recommend booking as soon as possible, especially important during the busy season from October until May. A non-refundable retainer of $500 is required to secure our services and this is deducted from the price of your selected package. Balance of the package price is due two weeks before the wedding day.
It is important that you meet us before a booking is made. The timings and detail of your day need to be established in order to make sure it is possible for us to take the pictures that you want whatever the weather. There is no point in you making a large investment in photography on your wedding day if the opportunities or the time do not exist for us to take great pictures. We must also ensure that we can fulfill your needs and that our style is exactly what you are after.
THE VIEWING
While you enjoy your honeymoon, Mark, the Perceptions picture editor will transform your wedding pictures into a collection of stunning images. He uses sophisticated techniques to ensure consistent quality throughout the set. Your images will be ready for viewing in your own gallery online within 6 days of the wedding. The process of choosing your album pictures will be fun and a lot easier than you may think, largely due to interactive album design software. Please allow about 4 hours for this session, (weekdays only, for obvious reasons!) and 5-6 weeks for the album to be finished. This is in contrast to the stories we hear like all the time like "my sister got married 6 months ago and still hasn't received her album" from other "studios.
ALBUMS
Our albums are sourced from the best bookbinders worldwide. We design with you every facet of the album using the latest design software so you can see exactly how the finished album will look. Albums take approximately six weeks to be crafted by hand to your exact specifications, and when completed and paid for the high resolution files are provided with the album. No two albums are the same, each is unique as we have designed it together. There are many options for cover materials such as leather, metal, suede, or an acrylic photo and several types of page style to display your images.
During the construction of your album the prints are prepared for it. We use sophisticated retouching techniques, some of which we have developed here, to provide the finest print quality possible. Mark has been printing for over 25 years and print quality involving colour, contrast, saturation is of paramount importance. We want our prints to be better than any you have seen before, please come and compare for yourselves. To this end we use sophisticated colour management processes combined with high end graphics monitors to ensure that what we design with you is exactly what you will see in print.
